In the US, mostly at nudist resorts.
At one resort I visited, the showers were arranged in a semi-circle. Some people would actually face each other to chat while soaping up. It was actually quite the experience to chat with women while they were soaping up their tits and orifices. Needless to say some people showered many times throughout the day.
