Well, having kids in the younger generation (18 and 19yo for my own kids) who bring lots of girlfriends around, I can say that the rumors are true that this generation is mostly going braless again, regardless of what they are wearing, ESPECIALLY sun dresses, which are extremely popular right now.
Of course you will always have those women who wear bras no matter what, but "most" do not these days. Just this summer...being only a few weeks along...I have pretty much seen the nipples of every young lady who has been by the house already, either through their tops or bare when they bend over. I am already starting to not even notice anymore as it's so common these days (until my wife points it out to me as she notices boobs long before I do).
And go to a store where younger people hang out...you will get an eyeful without even trying, and this is in the boring reserved upper midwest, to boot! (Other than that, I hate those stores, but when my kids are dragging me into them, at least it's not a total waste, I guess.)
