The "jovial uncle" type always seems to get away with stuff because he's usually deemed "harmless." The response to the antics is usually along the line of: "It's just Jack being Jack; you know how he is!" There are certainly a few "Jills" out there; but by and large it's usually a dude.
We have a "Jack" in our nudist circle of friends. Some of the stuff he's gotten away with is incredible. Giving women tight full-body naked hugs, lifting them of their feet; and the occasional ass smacking and hip grabbing. He tried to give my wife one his tight naked hugs; and when she declined to go full-frontal with him, he still managed to feel-up her ass. She didn't even complain.
Not everyone can be a Jack. Those guys are usually very endearing and charismatic; and if you don't have those traits, you're most likely to just come off as a perv.
