We do not partake; but have met and chatted with swingers. According to them, you've got to set predetermined boundaries, have "safe words", "exit strategies", etc...
A friend of mine failed to set boundaries, and found herself getting gangbanged. Psychological damage ensued. You can't turn back the clock if regret ensues. It might sound exciting but the reality of it might not be so.
