My wife is a yoga nut, she has been doing it for many years, I have to say it has kept her nimble and flexible. In 2020 Covid hits and no more in-person classes, they try zoom classes, then my wife tried it by herself, but for some reason woman are more comfortable in groups. I guess it why the go to the bathroom together.
Well, I was bored and in a moment of weakness, I told her I would workout with her. I had a rudimentary knowledge of yoga, but she kept the lessons simple and best of all, nude, except for cleanliness, she wore panties and I wore a loose swimming brief. We had a nice sized garage, so a little cleaning and it was suitable for our mats.
We went on this way for a few months, then my wife joined a driveway workout group, they met every morning and did an exercise routine in a wide driveway, keeping their appropriate distance.
