I'll start. This is how I showed off a few of my ex-girlfriends. I've found this to be pretty effective and VERY fun.
1. Invite your bud to a strip club.
2. Talk about the strippers bodies in a light, fun, comfortably sexually charged but not creepy way.
3. Use this to transition to talking about women you've been with - past or present. Strike up a convo on "who had the best body."
4. Use the opportunity to say something like "haha oh! you don't believe me that Kate had the best tits!...I might have to prove it to you" Or, "Hmmm...maybe I should let you be the judge!"
5. Keep it casual and goofy. Tell him that you have to log into an old email (so it doesn't look too creepy).
Enjoy his eyes all over your girl's naked body!

Great strategy to sort of build up the tension before hand and if it doesnt land well becomes more of a "got lost in the moment" type of thing.
My strategy is to create a blood pact by getting a close friend to share pics of his wife in order to get mine. That way everyone's on the same footing and both people have something to lose if they arent careful and let the pics leak some sort of way. It's worked for me with two friends now. The downside is it sets the bar pretty high so there's a few other friends it hasnt been able to land with yet.
But this is good conversation. Always like hearing other people's strategies.
