Sendspace is the same exact thing as Megaupload, in terms of size and free-ness, and it doesn't have too many ads or a pay-for-download deal. Use Sendspace. Or anything other than Megaupload, if you don't like Rapidshare. There are plenty of these types of sites out there, if you only take a minute to look around and find a good one.
