I totally get it, and we have been there. It's one of those things that you can't quite understand until you have kids of your own. You "hear" about parents being sneaky once kids are around to get in the way, but experiencing it makes a load of sense.
My wife and I have done very similar things and other things. The funny part is my wife said she would never do anything around the kids, but once we had kids and she was desperate and horny, I had to hold her back because she was always crossing the line into the grey area of what I felt was appropriate!
Then the kids got old enough that we had to stop and regroup because they were aware enough. Being sneaky wasn't enough; we had to actually be very careful.
But now that my kids are late teens (technically adults), we don't worry as much again. They know that the lower level of the house is all our bedroom. If they come down there without knocking and catch us, then that's on them, for example, and they can only blame themselves. They know that my wife takes her bra off as soon as she walks in the door, and if they don't want to see her topless for 3 seconds, then they shouldn't look at her at that time. They know that we shower together often, and if they want to come in to talk to us instead of waiting, then they might be greeted with something else, so they better stay out, otherwise, again, that's on them. None of this turns us on, btw, it's all a huge turn-off for us, but these are examples about how you just don't care once you have kids and you get sick of them ruining everything.
