Consent
I take the position that if my camera is clearly visible and the lady makes no attempt to move or cover up or says "no pics" and actually smiles a little bit and opens her legs a bit more then that is more than sufficient consent.
BTW: That $20 in her right hand wasn't for me. LOL!
