'Confess' sorta implies Guilt, and that wasn't the case with her. She was happy with what she was doing, and made no secret of it, she just let me know up front she was fucking others: who, when, where, etc.
And not just if the guy had a big dick. She fucked each new guy she dated, because (1) she needed to check him out sexually before wasting time on him, and (2) she enjoyed fucking.
