Obviously most guys' wives have been seen naked by other people before they met her. I'm talking about the first time while you were actually around to see it.

In many cases it was accidental. The wife was naked (at home or on vacation) and someone who happened to be passing by "caught" her (the "pool guy" is a frequent one).

For me it our first time at a nudist resort. My wife had finally been convinced to go; but she was determined to stay covered. She did want to get in the hot-tub; and her (rather half-baked) plan was to remain wrapped in her towel, and only remove it at the last possible second before sliding in the hot-tub.
So we head to the pool area - my wife wrapped up in her towel. But what she didn't realize was that she'd have to go through the mandated showers. So she reluctantly hung up her towel, keeping her back to the other couple of people in the shower area. We were about done when an old guy (probably a member), unnecessarily told us to not forget to turn off the showers before leaving. Startled, my wife turned to face him. Her plan to not be seen full-frontal naked was instantly foiled. So this old guy was the first person to see my wife completely naked while I was standing by.
