Normally you won't see sex in the K. But it can occasionally happen. I assume it can be contagious like boners in the locker room. If one happens, the others follow.
I have never seen sex in a sauna cabin and only seldomely in a pool. So don't visit the K to see sex, you will be disappointed. Go there to relax while being nude and seeing nudes.
And please don't discuss seeing nude children. This only causes trouble for all.
