You are actually being taken to the correct streaming video page, as opposed to the user's profile page that would look
like this.
The problem seems to be that your device/browser is not displaying the part of the page with the streaming video player. On this particular page, what you should be seeing directly below the text that says "ochv00419" and above the "Video duration:0m41s" is the streaming video player and the controls to manage viewing the video.
Unfortunately, I don't have a solution for you at the moment because I cannot emulate this issue myself. It seems to be specific to your device/software. Hopefully another member may be able to offer advice if they have experienced the same (or a similar) issue.
