Good luck my friend. Remember you will have to bite the bullet and just say it somehow. Yeah, its always a risk, but it is very easy to talk yourself out of it. Never going to be a perfect time or situation.
If you are in a private place you could try to "spill a box." That is how a friend of a friend started our photo sharing. We were in the garage having some garage beers and checking out his car. He wants to show me some new parts he bought. He starts moving boxes and starts digging deeper. He buried the "box" a bit. When he digs toward the back and finds the right box. There is a smaller box on top. As he pulls the bigger box, the smaller box falls to the floor and nude photos of his wife fall out. He has the box in his hands and both of our eyes are on the floor. And honestly, I couldn't say it wasn't an accident, until we talked later. You can put a few photos or a bunch of photos. If he turns away, he's not interested. If he looks at the photos on the ground and keeps looking, he's interested.
