The next day, we see her thanking the officer for doing this, and we could tell that she's embarrassed that he saw her naked. Again, nothing is actually seen, but for a film from this time period, I can imagine just the implication of her nakedness being considered risque.

This is how it would look if they shot the same scene in 1995. Time flies, 1995 is now 30 years ago.
