Sorry to bring this old story here. But I have an update. I have seen occasionally this dentist and I noticed that she had loss some weight. Not so much, but maybe a few pounds. Now she is incredibly hot: the boobs are still great and her rear is amazing.
Her body is now really well turned and sometimes, when we meet each other at the restaurant or even on the street, she greets me with a big smile. I would always remember that day when her breasts were touching my head for a few minutes...
Then, a few weeks ago, I had to visit her again (not on purpose, I really had to go to a dental appointment). She attended me and, again, her boobs touched my head. Not for a few minutes, but for a few seconds. It seemed that she was more careful this time. But even for a shorter touch, I remembered that day when her boobs were moving around my head and it turned me on again. Although she has always been professional, dirty thoughts came to my mind like I could fuck her hard.
