flickr is not dying: there are very many people besides those who post nude pics: often very interesting.
But you're right about men who used to post their wives; there will be less of that, at least publicly or in groups.
And you're right about pimeyes; makes people think twice (and with good reason - I found quite a few WNBR riders: their names, occupations....)
