A brief pop in on here as I came across a couple of videos and I wanted them uploading out the way so you could enjoy them for Xmas. The first is from family entertainment show The Generation Game from 1993 and saw the final two contestant couples face the final game, which was called "Dancing in the Dark." And an apt title for it as for once Bruce Forsythe wouldn't tell them what it was about - they would find out on actually performing it. And there was good reason for that, as blonde contestant Emma would find out. For at it's climax she has to stand on a platform, where, unbeknownst to her a wind machine is situation that blows her skirt right up and reveals her knickers to the audience!. Like a trouper she keeps in place, arms aloft, but you can tell she's a little embarrassed about it - especially when she has to do it again with Rosemary, knowing that a huge TV audience is watching it, some of them with video recordings.

I haven't included the full dance, just the embarrassing windy moment at the climax. But I have included the demonstration that Brucie and Rosemary did for the audience before the contestants started, as we got to see what awaited them. And there is a clearly unscripted moment when Rosemary does her bit over the wind machine where Brucie gets up and grabs her bum (yes, really!). She takes it all in good humour, but she clearly wasn't expecting it as he pats it afterwards and says "That felt wonderful." I bet it did. For once he really did get something for a pair and pulled a Christmas cracker!
