a) the calendar has been discontinued, or has a different name now
b) they now only advertise it in person

d) It's too early still, and I need to wait a month or two for it to actually come out (though this still runs into the above problems of not really knowing where to look)

To my knowledge, they've still been doing it every year as an issue of their alternative newspaper "The WatXer TowXer", which I think means it's literally free to pick up at any of the on campus pick-up stations! They just haven't been putting digital copies of that issue online for a while.
So yes, that would be wonderful! I'm sure someone in this thread would give a heads up closer to when it'll be out.
