Becki Newton - "Ugly Betty" - Great ENF Scene
Thanks to zappedfan at Lotfw's board for bringing this to my attention. Becki wants to get attention on the red carpet, so her assistant steps on her dress, ripping it off. She does eventually come around to the idea and turn into an exhibitionist though. Still, some nice cover-up shots. There's a great Hidden Nudity shot in there too.
