Definately A/B and B.
She's no prude and will go topless/naked when appropriate (sauna/nude beach).
But when others around we know, there is always the "plausible deniability" factor.
She doesn't want to get the reputation of "the one showing her goods to all".
Besides, most wives of our friends would not appreciate her doing so.
I do know the idea of being exposed to some other friends turns her on ... but that hasn't happened yet in real life.
Maybe I should spreak the word around next time we go to the sauna
