This from years ago when I was single. The first bit actually happened.

A friend (in a couple) would regularly refer to going topless on holiday. This was mid 00s when topless was still fairly common. On one occasion she showed me beach pics from their recent holiday. In one, she's lying on her front, on her elbows and obviously topless. You couldn't see nipples but she was elevated by a few inches so her breasts were only slightly pressed against the towel, their size and shape clearly visible. She also would sometimes go braless on nights out, clearly proud of her young, pert medium-sized boobs and always-noticeable nipples.

We had planned a group holiday but, tragically, it never happened, hence the fantasy element of the next bit.
She would be topless throughout the week. We were going to stay in a villa so she would start wandering round in the mornings after getting up in just her knickers (as we've seen her topless already).

We'd get home from holiday and, on a sunny day at her house, she'd strip off to sunbathe in the garden. Another time, she needs to change her clothes so strips to her underwear, forgetting or not caring that the bottoms are a thong (unlike bikinis back then) and very sheer. Basically, it would just become totally normal so see her topless or in underwear.
