ghost67, the quote was from OCC rules and the intention is to ensure members contribute, rather than just take. That original post which
tom_cat replied to was from a poster who had never posted before (as the record shows on his members page). He acknowledged the post from
tom_cat and has since posted (with photos) on other threads on OCC.
