Absolutely. We used to go to the beach in mid morning during the week, and off season (we all worked part time/were students at the time), so the beach was nearly empty, which made it easier for that.
Things like pantsings, wedgies, untying bikinis and sn*tching towels became a normal occurrence for us when we were at the beach (which we went to very often). One time the outgoing one pantsed me while I was talking to two girls from my high school I ran into on the beach. I later untied her bottom while in the water and she walked out, bottomless in front of a group of younger guys before noticing.
Another time, the shy one came in a new bikini, and said that the old one was too small (it had a tendency to show a lot of cheek and cling to her butt, showing more than she liked with the occasional buttcrack), and didn't cover enough. Naturally I gave her a wedgie and slapped her butt.
The whole prank thing usually remained just between the three of us, but extended beyond the beach. For example, one time the shy one pulled apart her sisters button-down dress while walking along an empty street, leaving her pink bra and panties exposed on the front.
As for casual nudity, not as much. We did once go to a secluded undeclared beach unplanned, and wanted to get in. While this place was secluded, skinny dipping was still out of the question. However, we all went in in our underwear. One sister was wearing white lace underwear (that became see through). My own boxers were tight and clinged to my dick, not leaving much to imagination.
