My wife and I were friends with an elderly couple living right behind us. He was 73, she was 69
Every time we went on vacation they fed our cats and watered our plants. So they had a key to our house during vacations and normally we would get it back right after we got home again. But one time we all forgot about it for about 2 weeks.
Our mailorder deliveries also went there if we weren't at home. My wife was at work and apparently I wasn't home when the delivery man/woman came at our door. I also missed the delivery note and got out to catch some sun (nude). Our garden was pretty secluded, so I doubt that she could spot me, but all of a sudden I heard a voice behind me asking "Are you naked?" Well indeed I was, and my clothes were inside... After a 10 second "holy crap!" panic moment the exhibitionist in me kicked it and I went indoor, trying to act like it was the normalest thing to do.
And there she stood. Big smile on her face, the delivery in her hands and ogling me all over saying, "I still had the key so I thought I would bring to you". Stilll nude I took the package over and offered her coffee. She accepted and when I started packing my clothes she said that there was no need to. I ignored that and put on my boxershorts nonetheless.

A year later she saw me nude again when we visited them for a day on their vacation and we went to the beach.
While it was a nude beach, they both kept there clothes on but she encourage me to go swimming.
My wife didn't (she dislikes sandy beaches and didn't want to appear naked in front of him) but I went and undressed/dressed right in front of her.
