Default Religious Women in 40s/50s more open to sex than you might think.

Brief story: I got out of a long-term relationship two years ago and have not seriously dated anyone since then (been busy with work and just kinda doing my own thing--hiking, solo traveling, etc.)

I'm in my early 40s. I am not very religious at all, but live in an area here in the United States where most people are relatively religious (Christian).

Have had three rather casual sexual encounters with three different women in their 40s and 50s (one was a one-time thing and the two others a series of get-togethers over a few months. One I had worked with and we got together after she quit. Another was a friend of a friend. And another I met through a hiking group.

All three were very outwardly religious. Like, prim-and-proper, church-going women (two were divorced with kids; one had never been married).

It sort of reconfigured a stereotype with me that I guess I had been wrong about for a long time. Which was, middle-aged women who wear cross necklaces and go to church and dress conservatively like sex, too! And are often open to casual sex if they are attracted to someone and also comfortable being around them.

No real overarching point here except for the idea that, whatever our background, most women like sex and can be spontaneously open to it under the right circumstances.

P.S.- In my experience, the women wearing cross necklaces end up being some of the kinkiest, sex-charged people women you'll ever meet.
