It’s probably easier for them to declare in advance they might not or won’t get naked, and then get naked, than vice versa.
The first time we went she was incredibly nervous, partly about whether the whole thing would be seedy and partly what she would look like in the pictures. However, after seeing how good the lingerie shots were coming out, she felt comfortable enough to lose her bra and then panties. By the end of the day she was completely buzzing. We had two more trips there.
