I used yandex image search. It says woman is named Elizabeth Schofield and the movie is called Prinzenbad. Other woman is called Yekaterina Strizhenova and you need to look her name up on ancensored to see the clip as there is only a picture under Schofield's name, the clip also doesn't start with schofield wearing the red blazer. I can't remember if I'm allowed to leave a link to the ancensored video so I won't leave one, just google it.
