I have just made a real estate prospecting trip to Spain with a view to buying a villa. I met with three real estate agents who showed me their suggestions.
In particular, I spent two full days with a charming saleswoman. On the evening of the first day, she suggested that we debrief at the restaurant. I obviously accepted, I had to eat anyway and alone, it's less fun.
But I didn't expect to have such a great evening, having difficulty following the conversation or concentrating on the food... very good saleswoman who listens to her customer.

I would even say that she had the art of anticipating her needs.
