Ashleigh’s friend told her that one of the professors would award extra marks ‘for outstanding effort’ and ‘consistently good performance’. Ashleigh wanted all the marks she could get. So she set about earning them.

Success! The prof rated her performance consistently good. She was pleased to graduate with a high grade.
