There was an old ep of Laverne & Shirley where the hot blond (the same one from the Police Academy) had half her blue formal ripped off by accident, revealing her black panties and stockings. I seem to remember the episode was about Laverne being cursed or something. Bear in mind I only saw it once, 25 years ago (yep, it made an impression :-)
Also, speaking of Electric Blue, I'd love to get the photo booth scene, where the blond strips down in a photo booth to take pictures of her self, only to fall out in a crowded store.
