Bird needs rescuing, delights students
A memorable incident happened when I was in year 11. It was early summer, May, I think, and the days we’re getting warmer. Our teacher, Ms M****, who was reasonably attractive but no beauty, and downplayed her assets by wearing plain and modest clothes, decided to take the class out to the quadrangle and teach us there as the classroom was really stuffy.
In those days all female teachers wore dresses or skirts, stockings or pantyhose, though in summer they would frequently leave these off for comfort reasons.
On this particular day she was wearing a skirt that came to her knees, nothing really short. She took us outside and she chose to sit on a wooden bench, the rest of us, because it was dry just sat on the grass, it was tidy and clean so this was not a problem.
Realising the potential of this setup, I chose to sit upfront directly in front of her. As we were on the ground and she was slightly higher we had a potentially advantageous view of her legs and knees. There was every hope that she might move and open up a space between her legs with the chance of seeing up her skirt. This, however, was a distant hope as she was known to be a bit of a prude and very careful with her movements.
Nevertheless, if you don’t plan and hope, you will miss the opportunity when it presents itself.
So she begins teaching us, sitting on this bench. There is a tree some distance above from which there are birds coming and going, chirping but not making too much noise to disturb the lesson. At some point about twenty minutes into the lesson there is a bit of a ‘kerfuffle’ when something drops out of the tree and directly into her lap.
She was really unnerved by the incident. She really didn’t know what had happened and I think she was frightened by it. The bird made a racket and a raucous which seemed to frighten her even more.
Normally if something like that happens a person would just try to swat away the ‘object’ scooping it up and off their lap. But she seemed reluctant to touch whatever it was. She didn’t initially realise it was a bird, a baby, as it happens, that just fell out of its nest. So, instead, she lifted up her skirt to try and gather the bird and toss it onto the ground! Well, you can imagine what happened, she lifted the whole front of her skirt, completely away from her legs providing for those sitting up front a magnificent view of her legs, thighs and panties. In her enthusiasm to remove this ‘uninvited’ guest, she also parted her legs to quite a large degree, increasing our view of her delightful charms. In the ensuing fracas I got to see her white panties, which, I have to say we’re pretty sheer and highly cut, and her bush, which was full and dark was clearly visible through the thin material. I was both surprised by her choice of underwear, which I would never have expected her to wear, and delighted at the show she gave us, which I treasure to this day several decades later.
The whole event only lasted a couple of seconds as she stood up pretty quickly and rearranged her skirt, apologised to the class for the interruption, then, when she saw it was just a baby bird asked one of us to scoop it up carefully and place it some distance away for the mother bird to find it and return it to the nest.
Following that, she resumed the lesson, as though nothing had happened. Just that some of us had collected memories that were well worth reliving for years to come.
Truly a memorable lesson.
