That was filmed in the old city walled part of Dubrovnik. Apparently, when the naked woman appeared on the street, the extras in the crowd were meant to chant at her repeatedly”Shame!” The lady must have had a lot of pubic hair because what they actually shouted at her was “Shave!”
I read an interview with Lena about not doing the walk of shame scene nude herself. She said she’d had no problem about doing nudity on previous occasions, but needed a body double because she was pregnant. Unfortunately, they chose a body double who was much younger than Lena which spoilt the illusion completely.
