When I was in high school, our classrooms were typical 4 or 5 rows of desks with the teachers desk at the top. The rooms were fairly small so the top row was quite close to the teachers desk. My history teacher was a woman in her mid thirties, short blond hair, plain. Not terribly attractive but not ugly either.
She was my history teacher for a few years but she was also a religion teacher and was annoyingly smug about how much time she dedicates to the school outside of her normal hours. A very "holier than thou" person. One day she arrived into class and instead of sitting normally on her chair behind the desk, she sat fully on the desk with the legs slightly apart. She was wearing a skirt. I wasn't sitting in front of her on the top row but the students who were immediately started nervously giggling and not sure where to look. The teacher then said, "Guys, I know what you're laughing at but just deal with it". I'll never forgot that sentence.
She never did anything like that before or since. It seemed really out of character but the fact that she knew what was causing the students to laugh, actually addressed it, and didn't even attempt to change her posture seemed like it was on purpose, perhaps as a little experiment.
