Possible but seems highly unlikely to me - she never cared about leaving me alone with her unlocked phone if she went to shower or something, was always happy if I dropped by unannounced or unexpected, no odd or secretive calls or texts or unexplained absences, would check her social media messages on her laptop in bed right next to me, no evidence of anyone else ever at her place. If she was going behind my back at any point, well, kudos for getting away with it because she was hiding it MASTERFULLY.
