Kristall is in a remote area. If one car arrives every minute with only two folks, that is 120 people per hour only by car. 360 folks till noon. Many go by public transport. I've been there often, almost no traffic but K was full.
Some tips:
Buy tickets online, there are blue boxes that scan your code and give you the chip for immediate entry without any qeue.
Bring your towels etc, or queue.
Bring a plastic or non glass cup or mug for drinking tap water, their tap water is good.
Look at the Aufgussplan!

Expect old folks in the morning, mixed but calm at noon, and most young folks in the evening.
Visit the bar in the hot pool!!!!
