I still can't work out whether my neighbour, when she walks around in her garden with an unbuttoned shirt or untied dressing gown, no bra on, and her tits out for all to see, is completely unaware I'm getting a view of her topless or whether she has her norks out for me to see on purpose. It's happened more often than you'd think it could be an accident. Still not managed to get the phone out fast enough to save for posterity though.
