Something similar happened to my wife while she was traversing a busy city centre road at a pedestrian crossing. Much to the delight of a grinning truck driver waiting at the lights, her long wrap-around tie-up skirt fell off completely. Apparently, she had to walk back in her thong to pick it up from the ground.
