I did a university course as a mature student later in life. While most of students were much younger than me, there were a few women nearer my age. These women would often sit next to me or partner up with me for activities. I presumed they just felt more comfortable with a man nearer their own age. As I am married, I wasn't interested in pushing things further with any of them.

However, in one class there was a female student of about forty who I never really got to know. She used arrive just as the sessions were starting and always left promptly at the end. I was curious, but never found out much about her, beyond the fact that she was petite and wore glasses. There was something familiar about her that reminded me of a certain type of woman in my home town.

The class was unconventional. It took the form of a seminar involving about twenty five students. There were no desks just chairs arranged in rows facing the lecturer at the front.

The woman arrived when most students were already seated. Apparently by chance, she took the chair directly in front of me. She was wearing a slightly cropped top and trousers that were very loose round the waist. I am not sure if that was by design or if the lady had recently lost weight.

When she sat down most of her cute little backside was exposed. It came out almost completely, not just a little bit of builders' bum. She appeared to be going commando as there were no panties to be seen.

I had never seen a woman have this type of clothing malfunction before. She didn't make any attempt to prevent it happening or correct it. It seems unlikely she could have been unaware of it. I wonder if it was a premediated flash.
