When I saw the title of the thread, my thoughts went to Jess McCann as well.
As I remember the story, this was a challenge set for her in that show, a challenge which she obviously aced, but she still got the axe afterwards, so not only did she go through with the most embarrassing moment of her life, but it also got her nothing at all in the end!
