Easiest way to get into it is the following. The key thing is persistence and being in the right place at the right time, galleries with interesting content can be up for months or only a few mins.
Head to the search pages below, look up common words like "Phone, Mobile, Cellphone, Upload, Backup, Dump, Sexy, Nude, Images from Folder, Camera, icloud, Pics" and see what comes up. Most finds are people dropping back-ups of phones or computers to back them up.

If you right click an image and "view image in new tab" you can change the url to get the full size image as per red text in examples below.

If a gallery is protected by "copyright" and doesn't have a download button for the photo then use an image downloader or view the page source to get the image/video URL

If you don't want to hotlink a thread (you shouldn't) just remove the "https://www." and leave the rest of the URL as is.
