The first of two videos I am uploading for tonight (and there is a reason for this, they are connected) is from the disturbing Lynda La Plante thriller Killer Net from 1998. I remember it being somewhat dark and grim, but I also remember a certain Cathy Brolly playing the enigmatic and sexually confident Charlotte, who seduces the hopelessly out of his depth Gareth Marks into bed. Even more intriguing when his flatmate (Paul Bettany) decides to spy in on his mate, he is shocked to see the naked lovely he has been bonking is none other than his ex girlfriend! And she's not content with that as in a later scene she gets a little kinky with Bettany's girlfriend Emily Woof by telling her to open up her dressing gown and show off her boobs, only to then get her own out and fondle them in front of the startled Emily. WOOF! More surprising is the fact that this proved to be Cathy's (or Kathy, as she is sometimes billed) biggest role. Despite baring her all for the cameras she won few further roles and her last role to date so far was in Life on Mars in 2006 - not the TV series, but a short film. What a shame.
