Lets differ between the sauna cabin and the spa. Having your glasses along in the spa is no problem, and the places I went had extra little shelves to leave you glasses outside of the sauna cabin.
In the sauna cabin due to the heat, metal frames might burn your skin. Plastic frames can get soft and get deformed. Glass lenses have no problems, plastic lenses can be damaged by more than 60C. Leave them outside.
Disposable contact lenses are the best option for clear vision in the sauna cabin.
