I had uploaded this elsewhere before, not remembering this thread exists. This is the description I wrote:

'A brief bit of comedic nudity of the 'imagined naked' variety from the Swedish film 'Tartgeneralen' ('The Cake General'). The plot is about a guy whose town is named the most boring town in Sweden; in an attempt to enliven its reputation, he decides to get into the Guinness Records by making the world's longest cake.

So far, so generic - the surprise nudity comes at two different stages in the film. In the first, he goes to visit the town elders/council/worthies at the town hall. A nervous speaker, he tries the old 'imagine them naked' trick and it works, as they allow him to make his large cake. The second scene, right at the end, occurs at his moment of triumph; after viewing the elongated cake from a helicopter, he disembarks to the adulation of the townsfolk, including the same worthies as before, now toasting his success on the town hall balcony, and, perhaps due to habit, he imagines them naked again.

Not exactly laugh-out-loud funny, but deadpan comedy in the Scandinavian style.'
