Having spotted this thread yesterday, there are a number of actresses I can think of who hated having to do nude scenes, often for the first time in their career or just starting out in acting. Trying to find online proof of this to back this up is not always easy, but one I do have one for is for Dervla Kirwan, who is probably familiar to some for Goodnight Sweetheart (1993-94) and Ballykissangel (1996-97). However in 1992 she was still relatively unknown and early in her career when she was cast in the BBC adaptation of Melvyn Bragg's novel A Time To Dance, which involved a retiring teaching professor (sorry, bank manager) (Ronald Pickup) having a passionate affair with an 18 year old student (Dervla Kirwan). It was her first ever nude role and according to an article in the Radio Times she hated doing the scenes (Link here:

BALLYKISSANGEL beauty Dervla Kirwan reckons stripping off for the TV cameras was the biggest mistake of her life - even though it shot her to stardom.
The raven-haired actress regrets filming a torrid open air sex scene for her first major role in A Time to Dance, ironically an adaptation of a novel by highbrow Arts broadcaster Melvyn Bragg.
Irish-born Dervla, 26, said acting out the adaptation of Bragg's saucy plot made her feel "cynical and exploited". She has vowed never to bare all again.
She played 18-year-old Bernadette who had explicit naked romps with a 54-year-old bank manager on Cumbrian hilltops and in the back of a Volvo.
She said: "Now when I read a script and see a nude scene in the first five pages I close it. I realise the producer has no faith.
"It is a cynical way to boost ratings. I would never do such scenes again but I am not ashamed and my parents couldn't understand the fuss."
Apparently in later comments she said she felt exploited and offered no support by the producers, while one of the female crew members working on the series said that the makers often worked her long hours that left her exhausted. Dervla said her decision to agree to film the open air sex scene (the first of a number of nude scenes) was mortifying and the worst decision she ever made in her life. She vowed never to strip off again on screen, but ironically just months after this interview she did just that in the film With or Without You (1999). According to her, she couldn't miss the opportunity to work with director Michael Winterbottom, which is why she did it.
To add to this post I've added some photos from the series (which will no doubt be embarrassing to the lovely Dervla), and if you want to see her in action I have also posted a video of her in A Time To Dance to show off her considerable "talents." That can be found here:
