i have been slow getting pictures and videos gathered together from the August 24, 2034 Philly naked bike ride.... but i am afraid mine are not going to be as good this year as last. i didn't take many straight snapshots, figuring i could grab frames from videos. and then several of my camera's had issues that i didn't identify until after the ride was over. its a shame....... because this year was AWESOME

.
i appear to have about two hours of ride footage from a GoPro Fusion camera (their first 360 camera, which in theory can record 360-degrees at 8k.). i apparently got a bunch of gunk on the lens so it didn;t shoot crystal clear in every direction... but still, there should be SOME good stuff in there.
here is a random minute that i grabbed from the middle of one of the 2 one-hour clips. (it is a pain-in-the-ass to process these so that they can be seen... so its going to take a while still to get them all).
the clip i uploaded here is recorded with "over-capture" which means you turn the 360-view into a regular video by choosing points-of-focus after the fact from the 360 video. I am still learning how to do this in a smooth presentable way.
i also posted this overcapture:
and i posted 360 view versions:
- on youtue: https://youtu.be/GZrreKg6kvY the whole reason i am trying youtube this year is that they have 360-view campability. we will see ho long it takes for this to get deleted? also ...you need to force youtube to show it at 4k--otherwise they will show it at supper-compressed. youtube also doesn't go all the way up to 8k)
- vimeo: https://vimeo.com/1004696339. all my videos on vimeo have been blocked in the past, usually because of "copyright violations" for random songs playing in the background. Vimeo lets you go all the way up to 8k... if the video stays visible
