What a great list! My wife and I have also done the nude beaches and European saunas. One of my fav moment when we would walk along the waters edge on a beach and she's topless. Even better is when she's surrounded by other beachgoers and they are not topless/nude (OON). Men will also be men and I get a thrill watching them looking at her. By the way, the first 3 on your list is my top 3 as well. Unfortunately, she doesn't have an exhibitionist bone in her body. Is there a way to subtly develop that in her?
To your list, I would add a few medical ones, all with male older doctors:
