The name is correct - she also went under the name S*unflowerS*ara, and was very active as a cammer on C*haturbate quite a few years ago. Her boyfriend/husband performed b/g stuff with her and also did solo jerkoff shows under the name V*anagonJ*ack, if memory serves. They very briefly ran their own website selling videos, many of which seemed to be of him being pegged by her.
I reckon that they were sort of associated with the indie film business on the technical side, and the Bl*ue Turt*le was their doomed attempt at getting into the freelance promo video business.
