The catch is that the "2013" set posted earlier had "only" 777 photos and the new set has 827 photos. I tried to find duplicates and remove them, but there are no "date taken" times on any of the photos, they're uploaded in haphazard order, and on the few obvious matches I've looked at, the file sizes are different. So I don't know how to figure out which 50 (at least) of the new ones are actually new ones, if they're not also duplicates of other images somehow. And the new set is the one that has 20% smaller file sizes, so I wouldn't just say to grab the new set and delete the old set. The resolution is the same, so these must just be compressed more, though I can't spot the quality difference.

I use the free software dupeGuru for this sort of thing. The "Picture" mode will match photos that have different resolutions, or even a bit of post-processing depending on how you set the match threshold.
I would run this myself, but the part
I'm stuck on is how to go about downloading entire Flickr albums. There seem to be tools for that, but the first one I tried didn't work, so I'll have to figure that out another time.
