I have no idea when it changed, but the thread elsewhere where I found this also had unblocked full frontal videos that looked fairly recent. It might have been sometime in the last 5 years though, because I can still remember there were then-recent "no pussy" videos from Italian TV back when I first got online. Any members from Italy here who can give us more info?
edit: I'm basing this off of the infamous Italian stripping shows, which basically serve no purpose other than to show beautiful women stripping. "Colpo Grosso" from the early '90s never went full frontal (except for the very rare pussy slip) but this new show I saw clips from, "Grand Casino" or something like that, did have full frontal nudity.

have seen older clips that did have full frontal nudity, so I'm clearly talking out of my ass here. Suffice it to say that some channels allowed it at some times, while (most) others didn't allow it at other times. That's the best I can tell you. It used to be rare, but it's becoming more prevalent, as far as I can tell.
